Return and refund policy

Effective Date: 1st May 2025

At EasyRxPill, your satisfaction and safety are our top priorities. We follow strict quality and packaging procedures, but if you experience an issue with your order, we are here to help.

This policy applies to both domestic (India) and international customers (e.g., USA, UK, Canada, Australia, etc).

You may request a return if the item:

  • Is damaged, wrong, or expired
  • Was not delivered as described (e.g., wrong strength, quantity, or brand)
  • Is within the return window of 48 hours from the time of delivery

To be eligible:

  • The product must be unused, sealed, and in its original packaging
  • You must provide proof (photos/videos) of the issue

Returns are not accepted if the product has been opened or tampered with.

The following products are non-returnable:

  • Medicines that require cold-chain/refrigerated storage
  • Opened, used, or partially consumed medicines
  • Products returned without original packaging
  • Items returned due to change of mind or non-medical reasons
  • Orders rejected or delayed by customs or local health authorities

To request a return:

1. Email order@easyrxpill.com within 48 hours of receiving the product.
2. Include:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photos or videos showing the problem
    3.Our support team will review and respond within 24–48 hours with the next steps

Approved returns will include instructions for either pickup (India) or return address (international).

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • A full or partial refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
  • For international orders, shipping charges and customs duties are non-refundable
  • In certain cases, we may offer a replacement or store credit instead

We will notify you by email once your refund is processed.

If your order was canceled before shipping:

  • A full refund will be issued
  • Please allow 5–7 business days for processing

If your parcel:

  • Arrives damaged, tampered, or missing items, notify us immediately
  • Is not delivered within the expected time, we will investigate with the courier and provide a resolution within 7–10 days

For international orders, we are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by customs clearance
  • Parcels rejected or destroyed by the buyer’s country regulations

Please check your local import rules before ordering.

  • You are responsible for providing accurate delivery details
  • You must ensure you are legally allowed to import the products you order
  • You agree to inspect the parcel immediately upon delivery
