Cancellation Policy
At EasyRxPill, we understand that situations can change. Whether you’re a local or international customer, we aim to make the cancellation process transparent and fair. Please review our cancellation terms carefully before placing your order.
You may request to cancel your order before it is shipped. Once your order is marked as “shipped” or handed over to the courier, it cannot be canceled.
- For local (India) customers: You must submit your cancellation request within 2 hours of placing the order.
- For international customers: You may cancel up until the order is picked up by the international courier (usually within 6–12 hours of placing the order).
To cancel your order, email us at order@easyrxpill.com or message us on WhatsApp with the following:
- Order number
- Full name
- Reason for cancellation
- Time of order placement
We will confirm the status of the order and let you know if cancellation is possible.
If your cancellation request is approved:
- Online payments will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- COD orders (India only) will be canceled without any refund processing, as no amount was collected.

The following types of orders cannot be canceled once confirmed:
- Orders already shipped
- Temperature-sensitive medicines (e.g., insulin, biologics)
- Bulk/custom orders prepared on special request
- Medicines requiring doctor verification once validated
If a customer refuses to accept delivery without prior cancellation or valid reason, they may be blacklisted from future purchases or required to pay for shipping/restocking on reorders.
